I heard about Trim Healthy Mama (THM) through our associate pastor's wife. I started dabbing in it in September and read the THM book. I received the cookbook and plan to review and I immediately read the book and made a couple of the recipes.
A couple of the recipes I have made that I love is the lazy lasagna and the cowboy grub. There is something for everyone. It is a recipe book chalk full of fun, delicious recipes. You won't believe that you can actually have this food and still lose weight.
The Trim Healthy Mama Plan book walks you through how to be successful on the plan. I believe that it is a must read before you start the plan. The plan and the cookbook go together.
This plan is not a diet it is a lifestyle change, and a slimmer waste is a bi-product. I can't wait to try more of the recipes.
